We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

(1) the customer can ask for a refund if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised, or the products are damaged or missing.
Or you could choose to have a resend. If you ask for a replacement, we will be reshipping the item asap and without charging you the shipping fee.
Alternatively, if your gel blaster is damaged on delivery, you could find someone to repair it, the we will pay the repairing fee.
(2) We won't do the refund if the products have been used over one month warranty or used improperly or customers not checking the product descriptions carefully.
(3) We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised, or the products are malfunctional or damaged. If the products are used improperly or the customers don't like it, the customers need to pay the shipping fee on their own if they want a refund.
(4) You have 30 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. The return address will be sent to you via email.
(5) You MUST PROVIDE us with the tracking number of the package, and the specific reason for the return when you return the package back.
(6) We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receiving the returned package, you will received the refund fee in 1-3 days
Note: We can only refund the amount paid in your order, we won't reimburse your income losses that is beyond the order value due to to the order issue.
